Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my room?

We have limited rooms available in our room block, so we encourage all attendees to book their rooms on the same day they register for the event. You can book your room here: CLBA Reservation PassKey Our discount and room block ends on September 13, 2024.


What's the cancellation policy?

Registration cancellations, with the exception of sponsorships, received on or before August 28th will be charged a 10% penalty. All sponsorships are final sales, no refunds will be given.


What's the refund policy?

No refunds will be given after August 28th. You can substitute attendees without a penalty. 10% cancellation penalty will be applied to any refund. No refunds for sponsors


Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you may update your information by logging in to your Registration Account. You can log into your account here:


Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, please reach out to us at info@clbassociation.com to let us know who we need to transfer the ticket to.


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

No! If you are unable to attend reach out to us to transfer your ticket to a different individual.


When is the exhibit hall open?

Tuesday |10.01.2024 | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM New & Extended Hours

Monday |10.02.2024 | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Exhibit Hall closes during speaking sessions.

Tuesday |10.03.2024 | 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Exhibit Hall closes during speaking sessions.


Do I get an attendee list?

Yes, but only if you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum Sponsor. Regular broker and lender attendees do not receive the list.


What is included in my ticket/registration?

Access to all General Sessions, Breakout Session, Exhibit Hall and Networking events.


What is the dress attire?

Business Casual is acceptable. We do have cocktail events that you may want to change for, but this is not required.


Are my meals included?

Typically we serve breakfast, snacks, lunch, hors devours and lots of drinks.


Do I need to wear my badge?

Yes, yes you do. At all times and at any event or session sanctioned by the CLBA. There will be a $50 reprint fee for those who need their badge re-printed.
